A joy forever

NW3 at Hobbs AW12 lookbook images

I’m off work this week and had all kinds of grand plans, both blog-wise and for life in general, so of course I’ve come down with a cold. Luckily I came across this rather nice lookbook over the weekend and had earmarked it for a future post so I can still get some blogging out of my system!

NW3 by Hobbs collections are always my cup of tea. We’re all well aware that heritage is a big trend this season but in my opinion it’s never not good to dress like your granny would if she was a bit of a tomboy. Known for clean, modern tailoring, good quality fabrics and quintessential British-ism, NW3 pieces would easily fit into my dream investment wardrobe.

The NW3 brand is so-called because of Hobbs’ beginnings in leafy Hampstead so it seems fitting to give the very-appropriate final word to previous resident John Keats:

“A thing of beauty is a joy forever: its loveliness increases; it will never pass into nothingness.”
