Autumn/winter is by far my favourite season; I love chunky knits, snuggly accessories, interesting textures, and the opportunity to layer-up. Despite the fact we’ve not really had a summer in the UK (yet?) I’m already counting down to the cold snap.
I rarely dedicate posts to lookbooks but these shots of Marks and Spencer‘s AW12 collection have got me all excited as it’s a modern take on my favourite decade, the 1960s, and comes with a surprising injection of sex appeal. M&S has upped it’s game in recent seasons and as a result has gained a whole new fanbase, myself included. Isn’t the look above just perfection?!
Their dresses are just fantastic when it comes to easy but polished workwear (let’s face it when it comes to dressing at 7.30am I need all the help I can get) and - hello! – they have collars this season! Which piece is your favourite?
