[Sperry shoes*, Primark ankle socks, M&S bedding ]

I’m feeling extreme fondness for footwear at the moment hence consecutive shoe posts (I blame the fact I’m currently working my way through my Sex And The City shoe box boxset for the billionth time).

Boat shoes are fashion Marmite: either loved or loathed. As a lover of nauticals and of flats sailor-style shoes get 2 thumbs up from this girl. I got these spectacular Sperry Bahama 2-Eye Top Siders when grey skies weren’t a given and I’ve been impatiently waiting for sunshine so I can wear them – no new shoes deserve to make their début in the rain.

Unfortunately for me and these beauties spring is on strike so impatience got the better of me; I wore them around the house this weekend while watching even more SATC, flicking through the new ELLE, and munching on homemade linzer biscuits.

So what do you think of my new shoes, aren’t they the cutest?! I can’t wait to pair them with summer dresses; they’ll definitely be coming to the Catalan with me in a couple of weeks. (Thank you so much for all of your recommendations on what to do in Barcelona by the way, you’re amazing!)
