When fashion/lifestyle bloggers get together we hope for nothing more than delightful company, awesome clothes/accessories and a good time (tasty nibbles admittedly go down well too); last Thursday I had the pleasure of attending a super-fun event hosted by Wallis and it had the aforementioned in abundance.
I spent my evening rummaging through racks of their truly gorgeous AW12 collection and pulled together a couple of outfits which were then shot in a pop-up photo studio, complete with quirky props. So. Much. Fun! (Even if Amy, Maria, Sarah and I look the epitome of dysfunctional in our ‘family portrait’.)
My absolute favourite pieces were the oh-so comfortable yet somehow oh-so sexy 1920s-style maxi dress, which is part of the Black Rose collection, and the faux leather pencil skirt – I swear I thought it was real leather until I saw it’s only £35!
